I’m passionate about flowers, especially zinnias, and I’ve been growing them from seed for the past three seasons. In that time, I’ve grown more than 200 plants and documented them in thousands of photographs. I created this website to share the beauty I’ve found in these blooms and in the world around them.

My blooms have earned multiple awards at the Illinois Garden Club’s Flower Show at the Chicago Botanic Garden, including several blue ribbons and an Award of Merit - the top honor for all of the annual cut flowers. I’ve also received additional second-, third-, and honorable-mention recognitions across these two seasons. These honors reflect the joy and inspiration I find in the garden and bring into my photography.
